Abuja Region has three Regional Projects, namely, Host bakery, sewing center and bookshop. These three projects are located within the premises of Saint Peter and St. Paul Catholic Church, Nyanya, in a storey building built and owned by the Congregation with a letter of authorization to own and use signed by His Eminence John Cardinal Onaiyekan on 14th July, 2016. The projects took off in this building on 31st July, 2016. The house was built by Sr. Eustace Onuegbu's administration and completed by Sr. Nneka Gesila Uzukwu's administration.

The Region also has a plot of land in Adokasa, Nasarawa State which now measures 2.4 hectares. It has now been fenced. The Region proposes to build an orphanage and Retreat Center there but is using it temporarily for farm work.

There is also a plot of land in Lokoja which is meant for school. Sr. Eustace Onuegbu applied to Holy Childhood Association for Fund. The fund was released during the administration of St. Gesila NNeka Uzukwu. She used it and began the foundation of the primary school building but the money could not complete the foundation. Her successor, Sr. Mary Joy Ifeoma Ibegbulam concluded the foundation and is now looking for money to continue with the building.
